WPT Malaga Open — How the quarter finals will be played
After a day full of surprises in the last sixteen, the couples that will play in the quarter finals of the WPT Malaga Open are already known. Today, from 9:30am (local time) the action will start on court, with some great matches.
After Thursday's big surprises, the action begins in the quarter-finals of the Malaga Open.
In the Men's draw, the number one and two ranked couples fell in the last 16, causing the big surprise of the day. Yanguas and Nieto took out Navarro and Di Nenno, while Rubio and Benitez - the 29th ranked couple - did the same with Lebron and Galan in the last match of the day.
In the women's draw, all the favourite couples won their matches and will play each other today in the quarter-finals.
Two matches in the Women's draw and all four matches in the Men's draw will be broadcast.
