After being champions in 2022 — the WPT couple returns to A1 Padel

Spaniards Pincho Fernandez and Jose Garcia Diestro will compete in the first tournament of the year on the A1 Padel circuit.

The 17th couple of the World Padel Tour ranking, Pincho Fernandez and Jose Garcia Diestro, will return to participate in the A1 Padel circuit (Ex APT). 

The Spaniards have signed up for the first tournament of the year on the circuit, the Cape Town Master in South Africa, to be held between 13 and 19 February.

The couple will try to continue their winning streak in the A1 Padel circuit, after winning the only tournament of the tour they played in 2022: the Tenerife Open.

On that occasion, Fernandez and Diestro had a brilliant performance throughout the entire competition, dropping only one set in 5 matches played, showing great superiority over their rivals (it is worth noting the absence of the two best pairings in the competition up to that point: Dal Bianco-Arce and Barrera-Britos).
