The legal conflict between WPT and the new Premier Padel circuit adds a new chapter today.

Following the dismissal of the injunction filed by SetPoint Events S.A. (owner of WPT) to stop the competition of the FIP and QSI circuit, Premier Padel issued an official statement in which it claims to have suffered attacks since the beginning of the year, in ”an unprecedented legal war against the entire padel community," in which according to the circuit, WPT is "seeking to prevent open competition and to maintain its decade-long monopoly over professional padel tours."
