Premier Padel Argentina: Here's how the semi-finals will go in Mendoza

After a Friday with surprises, the semifinals begin at the Argentina Premier Padel. In front of a packed Aconcagua Arena, the four couples that qualified will face each other for a place in the final.

The quarter-finals of the Argentina P1 left surprises and matches full of excitement. Today, over 10,000 fans are expected in Mendoza, to witness the matches that will define the teams who will advance to Sunday's final.

In the first match of the day, starting at 18:30hs (23:30 CET) Alex Ruiz and Momo Gonzalez will face Franco Stupaczuk and Pablo Lima. Ruiz and Gonzalez reached the semi-finals after pulling off the surprise of the day by beating the number one seeds, thus breaking Galan and Lebron's streak of four consecutive finals on tour. Stupa and Lima made it to the semi-finals after eliminating Chingotto and Tello in a very even match, 7/6 6/3.

The second encounter, starting at 20:30 (1:30 CET), will pit Belasteguin/Coello against the number two pairing, Navarro and Di Nenno. “The Boss” managed to reach the semifinals of the Premier Padel circuit alongside an outstanding Arturo Coello, after beating a hesitant Sanyo and Tapia, 6/4 6/3. Paquito and Di Nenno, meanwhile, managed to beat Belluati and Gomez Silingo in a very tight match full of breaks, 6/4 and 7/5.
