Sebastian Nerone will be the new coach of Sanchez Alayeto twins

After revealing days ago their separation from Jorge Martinez, the Sanchez Alayeto sisters announced that former world number one Sebastian Nerone will join them as coach.

Former Argentine player Sebastian Nerone will be the new coach of the “Atomik twins”. The announcement comes a week after the Sanchez Alayeto sisters parted ways with their coach of over ten years, Jorge Martinez.

Both parties announced the news on their social networks: "We are starting a new project with great illusion and a lot of enthusiasm, together with a couple that is a legend in our sport, the atomic twins. We join forces, knowing that work, effort and dedication are the values that characterise us. We have full confidence in this team where, in addition, the good vibes and joy will surely bring out the best in us. Let's go for it! We have a great second half of the season ahead".

Nerone, who retires in October 2021 after 25 years in the padel elite, has dedicated the last few years to being the Spanish commentator on the WPT circuit. Now, he will show a new version, as coach of one of the most iconic couples in the world padel.
