Ledap to open the first We Are Padel clubs in Germany and the UK

After breaking into the Middle East market with the acquisition of a padel center in the United Arab Emirates, the Swedish company Ledap continues its expansion by entering two of Europe's key markets: Germany and the United Kingdom. 

The Swedish club management company Le Dap, created in 2021 and present in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Poland, Spain, Austria, Germany, United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates, expands its European market through its subsidiary company We Are Padel.

The first We Are Padel clubs outside Sweden open this week in Düsseldorf, Germany, and Derby, UK, and further clubs will open in the coming weeks in London, Hamburg, Berlin, and Koblenz. 

"Germans have a strong racket sports culture, and the demand for Padel is growing rapidly. We are committed to offering our players the best Padel experience in the country," says Philip Aychouh, who will run the German actions alongside Henning Kirkhorst.

"Our ambition is to build the largest padel community in the UK by opening clubs that are social and inclusive meeting places where everyone enjoys and feels good, regardless of level, age, or gender," says Rosco Muller, in charge of We Are Padel UK.

We Are Padel - founded in Örebro, Sweden, in 2017 - will thus become the largest indoor padel club in Germany and the UK, with 10 and 11 courts, respectively.
