Two pairs play their last tournament this week
This week marks the end of two partnerships in the padel world. Both Juan Lebron and Franco Stupaczuk, as well as Martin Di Nenno and Leo Augsburger, are playing their last tournament together in Dubai before changing partners.
Two weeks ago, it was confirmed that both pairs would split to form new partnerships.
Di Nenno and Stupaczuk, who last played together until the summer of 2024, are now reuniting.
At the same time, Lebron will start a new partnership with Augsburger – something that was rumored already at the end of last season but is happening now.
This means that this week’s tournament in Dubai will be their final event together as partners.
When Premier Padel moves on to Mexico next week for the season’s last Major, Di Nenno and Stupaczuk will reunite as a team, while Lebron begins his new partnership with Augsburger.
