Lebron withdraws – no match against Galan/Coello

Juan Lebron has been forced to withdraw from the South African Invitational due to an injury. This means there will be no match between Galan/Coello and Tapia/Lebron.

Later this week, the South African Invitational will take place from August 15 to 17. The tournament features several of the world’s top male players, including Arturo Coello, Martin Di Nenno, Franco Stupaczuk, Agustin Tapia, and Alejandro Galan.

Juan Lebron was also set to compete, but it has now been confirmed that he will miss the event.

– I have to tell you that I won’t be able to attend the event in South Africa. I am really sad about it. I was really looking forward to this event, he says in a video on Instagram.

– But as you all know, I still need to keep working on recovering from the injury I had recently. And to tell you that I truly feel sorry about this, and I also wanted to make sure I am ready as possible on September 1st for the Madrid tournament.

His withdrawal means Galan/Coello will not face Tapia/Lebron in South Africa. It is still unclear who will replace Lebron in the tournament.
