Coello and Tapia surpass Bela and Lima in number of titles

Arturo Coello and Agustín Tapia continue to make padel history. With their latest title, the world number ones have now reached 37 titles together – one more than Fernando Belasteguín and Pablo Lima managed to achieve.

Just a few months ago, they passed the total of Galán and Lebrón, who ended with 33 titles. Now, they have also broken the record set by Belasteguín and Lima – a pair that dominated the World Padel Tour for several years and, according to Marca, ended their partnership with 36 titles.

Tapia and Coello have collected their 37 titles across both Premier Padel and the World Padel Tour since they started playing together ahead of the 2023 season. With their continued dominance, that number looks set to rise even further this year.

Next on the list are Ariana Sánchez and Paula Josemaría with 41 titles – while the all-time record belongs to Fernando Belasteguín and Juan Martín Díaz, who won an incredible 170 titles together.
