Tello plays with Lamperti in Valladolid

Just days before the Premier Padel tournament begins in Valladolid, two new pairs have been confirmed in the main draw.

According to Mundo Deportivo, both Martín Di Nenno and Tino Libaak have been forced to withdraw due to injury, which has allowed changes to be made despite the entry list already being closed.

Juan Tello will now partner with Miguel Lamperti, while Javi Garrido teams up with Diego Gil.

Mundo Deportivo reports that the changes are allowed under the Lucky Loser rule, which permits a player to replace an injured partner before the tournament starts.
