New tournament this year – World Cup Pairs to be decided

This fall, a new tournament will take place – FIP World Cup Pairs. It will be the first edition of the tournament and will award the same ranking points as a Major.

Kuwait will host the first FIP World Cup Pairs, scheduled for November 3–9, 2025, as announced by Premier Padel in a press release.

The new tournament will award the winners 2,000 FIP ranking points and has a prize pool of over one million euros, which will be distributed equally between the men's and women's competitions.

The center court will be at "The Arena Kuwait," while additional matches will be played at the Rafa Nadal Academy.

Qualification for the FIP World Cup Pairs will be based on players' FIP ranking positions after the P1 tournament in Milan.

The tournament will feature a qualifying round and a main draw with 48 men's pairs and 40 women's pairs.
