They Were Crowned Players of the Year 2024

Agustin Tapia and Paula Josemaria have been named Players of the Year at the World Padel Awards. Over 326,000 votes were received as the awards were presented for the tenth time.

A total of 326,793 votes were received in this year's edition of the World Padel Awards, organized by the Spanish website PadelSpain for the tenth time.

Agustin Tapia and Paula Josemaria were chosen as the best players of the year after their successful seasons.

For Tapia, it was the second year in a row he received the award, while Josemaria won this year after Ariana Sanchez claimed the title last year.

Tapia and Coello dominated last year with 14 titles on the Premier Padel tour, which also secured their spot at the top of the FIP rankings. At the same time, Josemaria and Sanchez impressed with ten titles.

In addition to their success on tour, both Tapia and Josemaria were part of the teams that won the World Championship.

Jorge Martinez was named Coach of the Year after working with players such as Bea Gonzalez and Delfi Brea, as well as Ale Galan and Fede Chingotto.

The Breakthrough of the Year award went to Martina Calvo and Tino Libaak.
