Paquito suggests changes for Premier Padel – wants to introduce Golden Point

Two days before the Tour Finals in Barcelona, Paquito Navarro posted a message on X (formerly Twitter), where he proposed changes for next season of Premier Padel. Among his suggestions is the introduction of Golden Point on the tour.

With only one tournament left in the season – the Tour Finals in Barcelona starting tomorrow – Navarro is sharing his ideas to develop Premier Padel for 2025.

Three ideas for @PremierPadel 2025 to continue growing:

• Introduce Golden Point (getting it right is wise... including myself).
• Different surfaces (grass, cement, and mat, for example) with different balls.
• Focus on indoor play in the majority of tournaments.

The World Padel Tour used Golden Point in recent years, and it remains to be seen if Premier Padel will adopt any of these suggestions.
