Confirmed: America vs Europe returns with FIP as host

A new edition of the padel tournament "America vs Europe" is set to make its debut, now hosted by FIP. After a similar event in Båstad, Sweden, in 2021, where world stars clashed in intense matches, it is now confirmed that the tournament will return next year with a prize pool of €700,000.

In the summer of 2021, America vs Europe was hosted in Båstad, Sweden, by Euro Finans, Arena Båstad, and Hotel Skansen. Despite challenging weather conditions and rain that disrupted the schedule, the event delivered thrilling matches and a unique lineup.

It is now confirmed that the tournament will be a recurring part of the FIP calendar, with an edition held every other year when the World Championship is not scheduled. The €700,000 prize will be split equally between male and female players, and the tournament will rotate between venues in Europe and America.
