After Lucía Sainz's decision – regular partner doesn't sign up for the tournament
Bea González has suffered an injury that will keep her out of play for several weeks. As a result, Delfi Brea has been forced to find temporary partners while González recovers. It’s now confirmed that Brea will play the next Premier Padel tournament in Egypt with Lucía Sainz, sparking speculation about Sainz’s usual partner, Patricia Llaguno.
Lucía Sainz and Patricia Llaguno have been consistent partners on the world tour, but after Sainz chose to play with Brea in the tournament taking place from October 19 to 27, it was noticed that Llaguno has not signed up for the event.
Bea González is expected to return for Premier Padel after the Egypt tournament, but it remains uncertain whether Sainz and Llaguno will reunite then, although many expect they will.
Patricia Llaguno has not commented on her absence, and it’s unclear if an injury is the reason for her decision not to participate.
