The big prize Tolito Aguirre and Alfonso won after defeating Augsburger

Tolito Aguirre and Gonza Alfonso were crowned champions in a tournament held in Venezuela and took home a hefty cash prize.

The world number 1 in the A1 Padel circuit won the final of the third edition of the Padel Fest in San Luis against Leandro Augsburger and Rafa Méndez. There was a lot of anticipation surrounding this match following Augsburger's recent call-up to the Argentine national team to compete in the World Cup in Qatar.

Aguirre and Alfonso took home $18,000, a very attractive prize. This amount surpasses, for example, what Galán and Chingotto earned as finalists of the Valladolid P2 Premier Padel (13,750€).

The 'Magicians' continue to enjoy a spectacular 2024 season and now aim to win the A1 Padel tournament in Seville, one of the most important events of the season on the circuit.
