Here's how much prize money the winners won in Paris

Last week, one of the year's most prestigious tournaments took place as the Paris Major was held. The iconic Roland Garros stadium was filled with an enthusiastic crowd and showcased world-class padel. The prize money was among the highest of the year, with each winner earning 47,250 euros.

According to the Spanish newspaper Relevo, the prize money was the highest so far this year and was equally distributed between the men’s and women’s categories.

Agustín Tapia and Arturo Coello completely dominated Sunday’s final, convincingly defeating Alejandro Galan and Federico Chingotto with a scoreline of 6-2, 6-1. This victory marks Tapia and Coello's fifth consecutive title and extends their unbeaten run to 25 matches.

On the women’s side, world number ones Ariana Sanchez and Paula Josemaria continued to impress as they secured another Major title. They beat Delfi Brea and Andrea Ustero in a match that ended 6-4, 6-0. This marks their third Major win of the year.

The winners from both the men's and women’s categories each took home 47,250 euros, while the runners-up received 23,625 euros per player.
