This week, a Premier Padel tournament is taking place in Paris, with several new pairs making their debut. One of those pairs was Fernando Belasteguín and Tino Libaak, who played their first match today. It also turned out to be their only match in Paris after a close three-set battle.

Premier Padel has arrived in Paris for the season’s third Major tournament, with Roland Garros hosting one of the year’s most spectacular padel events.

Belasteguín and Libaak faced Federico Mouriño and Marc Quílez in their opening match. Mouriño and Quílez started strong, taking the first set 6-3. In the second set, Belasteguín and Libaak forced a tiebreak, which they won, pushing the match into a third set.

In the final set, Mouriño and Quílez secured a break at 6-5 and the victory.

The final score was 6-3, 6-7, 7-5 in favor of Mouriño and Quílez.

Now, a break of a few weeks awaits before the next Premier Padel tournament kicks off.
