Three of four top seeds reach the final in Madrid

Today's Premier Padel Madrid P1 semi-finals saw the top pairs compete for a place in tomorrow's final. Here are the results from the women's and men's semi-finals, where seeded pairs continued to impress.

Women's semi-finals

In the first semi-final, top seeds Ariana Sánchez and Paula Josemaría played third seeds Gemma Triay and Claudia Fernández. After Sánchez and Josemaría won the first set 6-3, Triay and Fernández turned the match around and won the next two sets 6-4, 6-1, earning them a place in the final.

In the second semi-final, the fourth-seeded pair of Marta Ortega and Sofia Araújo played second-seeded Beatriz González and Delfina Brea. González and Brea won the match 7-6, 6-2 and advanced to the final.

Men's semi-finals

In the first men's semi-final, top seeds Arturo Coello and Agustín Tapia played third seeds Martin Di Nenno and Juan Lebrón. Coello and Tapia advanced to the final after winning 6-4, 6-4.

In the other semi-final, twelfth seeded Esbrí and Bergamini played second seeded Federico Chingotto and Alejandro Galán. Chingotto and Galán won the match 6-2, 6-3 and secured their place in the final.

The finals will be played tomorrow, with the women's final starting at 16:00, followed by the men's final.
