After big absences — World stars registered for the next tournament
In a few weeks, it's time for another P2 competition in Spain, with Valladolid on the agenda. Now it is clear that even the best pairs will participate in the competition, after several world stars previously chose not to participate in these competitions.
Premier Padel will soon return after a break of several weeks, and a busy calendar awaits with several Premier Padel competitions and a World Championship later this fall.
First up is a Premier Padel event in Madrid, followed by one in Rotterdam, both in the P1 category. Next up is the P2 event in Valladolid, a special event that was initially not on the schedule but was added in the spring.
Although several world stars have previously chosen to skip P2 events, it has now been confirmed that the top pairs will also participate in Valladolid. On the men's side, Coello/Tapia and Galan/Chingotto have signed up, while Josemaria/Sanchez and Triay/Fernandez will compete on the women's side.
However, it is noteworthy that Gonzalez/Brea have not yet registered. Registration closes tomorrow, so it remains to be seen if they will also participate.
