Three major absences confirmed for the Finland P2

The Finland P2 will be the last tournament before the summer break and the first time we will see many of the new pairs that have been formed. However, two major cancellations in the men's draw and one in the women's draw have been confirmed.

The number 1 and 2 pairs have not registered for the Finland tournament. Coello-Tapia and Galán-Chingotto have decided not to participate, extending their summer break by three more weeks. This is not the first time they have opted out of a P2, as the same happened in Bordeaux.

This opens the door for the new pairs to debut with a title. Di Nenno-Lebrón, Stupa-Yanguas, and Cardona-Paquito are seeded 1, 2, and 3 respectively.

Gemma Triay and Claudia Fernandez will also not take part in the competition.

The Finland P2 will be held from July 27 to August 4 in the city of Nokia.
