The Champions of the FIP Gold Valladolid

The FIP Gold Valladolid was one of the most important tournaments of the year on the federation circuit. Many top pairs signed up, but Esbrí-Rico and Rufo-Caldera emerged as the champions in both categories.

In the men's final, Juanlu Esbrí and Javi Rico defeated Solano and Hernández in three sets. The champions entered as the top seeds and justified their status as favorites by winning the title.

In the women's final, Lorena Rufo and Bea Caldera also won in three sets against Bellver and Borrero. The victorious pair were also the top favorites for the title.

With this achievement, Rufo breaks into the top 20 of the FIP ranking.
