Galán renews contract — inducted into prestigious list alongside Zidane

Adidas announces in a press release that Ale Galan has renewed his contract with them. 

Ale Galan has remained loyal to Adidas since 2018 and has enjoyed a remarkable career during this period. He has won 34 titles on the World Padel Tour and 10 Premier Padel titles and has been ranked the world's best player for three consecutive years.

Recently, he triumphed at the Major de Rome held at the iconic Foro Italico.

In a historic moment for padel, Galan was welcomed by Adidas' CEO at the company's headquarters in Nuremberg. The extension of Galan’s contract strengthens his relationship with Adidas and demonstrates the company’s ongoing commitment to padel.

Ale Galan is the first padel player to be included in Adidas’s prestigious list of "the chosen ones," alongside sporting legends like Muhammad Ali, Stan Smith, and Zinedine Zidane.

To celebrate this milestone, Galan has donated the racket he used to win his first professional title, the Adipower ATTK 1.8, to the Adidas archive.

"It is a great honor to continue being associated with a brand like Adidas, which is a leader in global sports. Visiting the headquarters and seeing my first Adidas racket next to items from real sports legends is something I could have never imagined," said Ale Galan.
