Chingotto after the win: "We are living a dream"

A Premier Padel competition was played in Italy last week.
The winners were Josemaria/Sánchez and Galan/Chingotto.

On the women's side, Paula Josemaria and Ariana Sánchez defeated Lucia Sainz and Patricia Llaguno 6-1, 6-0. After the match, Josemaria expressed her happiness:

"We played a very positive match, last year we were left out of the door...this year we take the tournament home and we are very happy. A great final and a great tournament. We did more than we expected to do: thank you Italy, thank you Rome. It's a pleasure to play here."

On the men's side, it was another close battle between Arturo Coello and Agustín Tapia against Alejandro Galan and Federico Chingotto. After almost two hours, Galan and Chingotto won the match with set scores of 6-4, 1-6, 6-1. Chingotto said after the match:

"I think we are living a dream, no one can wake me up...I am very, very happy. I want to congratulate everyone, obviously also our opponents, I only have words of thanks. Ale and I are getting better and better as a couple, I'm still thinking about what we can do together!"

In early July, another Premier Padel competition will take place in Italy.
