Huge Absences in the Bordeaux P2 - Entire Top 4 Out
ANNONS
The top four men's pairs and the top two women's pairs have decided not to participate in next week's Bordeaux P2 event in order to rest and prepare for the Italy Major.
Coello-Tapia, Chingotto-Galán, Lebrón-Paquito, and Di Nenno-Stupa will not be present at the first tournament in France this year. This decision is purely athletic, considering the three consecutive weeks in South America and the short time left before the second Major of the year.
Thus, Tello-Bela will be the number 1 pair in the tournament. Yanguas-Garrido will be seeded as number 2, Momo-Ruiz as number 3, and Sanyo-Sánchez as number 4.
Sánchez-Josemaría and Brea-González will also not be present in Bordeaux. Triay-Fernández will be the number 1 pair and will seek their second consecutive title, while Ortega-Virseda will be seeded as number 2 and will have a golden opportunity to claim the crown.
