Confirmed: The Santiago P1 final will be played on Monday
The Santiago P1 has started a day later due to problems with the court. What wasn't clear until yesterday was whether the organization would make up the lost days to hold the final on Sunday, as is usually the case. Finally, it has been confirmed that it will be on Monday.
In an official statement, Premier Padel has confirmed Monday, June 3, as the day for both finals. Fans who had tickets for certain rounds will be able to attend, with the difference being that it will be one day later.
Premier Padel assures that this decision was made after consulting with the PPA (Professional Padel Association) and the IPPA (International Padel Players Association). They also publicly thanked the players and fans for their patience.
Lastly, far from entering into conflicts with the promoter, the circuit expressed its full support, maintaining that these unforeseen events can happen, but that the Santiago P1 will be a successful tournament.
