Fernando Belasteguín will open an academy in New York

Fernando Belasteguín announced that Bela Padel Center will be landing in the United States. The Argentine has chosen The Racquet Lounge as the headquarters for his big project in North America.

The club is located in the Hamptons, New York. The idea will be to replicate in the United States the teaching methodology they use in their academy in Alicante. Bela posted a video on social media in which he stated: "I'm sure that Americans will come to enjoy our methodology and how we understand the sport."

Additionally, Bela confirmed that he will visit the new academy during the summer and that many surprises are coming.

This is another example of the growth of the sport in the United States. New York is consolidating as the second major padel center in the country, only behind Miami.
