After injury problems - Alex Ruiz hopes to be back next competition

Alex Ruiz missed the Premier Padel competitions in Mexico and Venezuela due to an injury. Now he is hoping for a comeback in the next competition.

It was in mid-March that Alex Ruiz announced that he had to withdraw from two competitions due to injury problems. Now, in an interview with the Spanish newspaper Sport, he says that he hopes to make a comeback in the next Premier Padel competition.

- I hope to be in Brussels and be able to give one hundred per cent on the court together with Momo. We face this new phase with a lot of ambition and desire. We are two players who have developed and developed our game after this year's break as a pair. Individually, we have grown a lot with other partners and we are ready to face the new challenge of playing together and giving everything.

The next Premier Padel competition starts on 22 April in Belgium.
