Galan and Lebron's coach about the decision

ANNONS

A few weeks ago it became clear that Juan Lebron and Ale Galan are going their separate ways. Now coach Jorge Martínez is speaking out about the decision.

For four years, we have followed Juan Lebron and Ale Galan together on the world tour. In match after match, we have followed their successful journey together.

A few weeks ago, it was announced that they would go their separate ways. This meant that last week's tournament in Mexico was their last together.

Now coach Jorge Martínez is speaking out about the decision:

-  I can't put myself in Ale's position. He didn't make the decision because of a single event. It has been a process, in life there are always turning points and this has been one because he felt he needed to make a change," he tells Marca.

He continues:

-  All of us fans are convinced that they are stronger together, but now other paths will open up that may make us see that individually they are just as strong, and so it may be. Can they achieve great things individually? I think so, they are both very capable and the partners they have chosen are very good.

Juan Lebron and Ale Galan won 27 World Padel Tour titles and six Premier Padel titles. This makes the pair one of the most successful partnerships the padel world has ever seen.

Now Alejandro Galan is teaming up with Federico Chingotto. Juan Lebron will reunite with Paquito Navarro (according to reports).
