Gemma Triay chooses the United States tour - PPL

Padel in the United States is growing faster than ever. The Pro Padel League, the country's premier circuit, is increasingly capturing the attention of major stars. The Flowrida Goats, one of the participating franchises, have announced the signing of Gemma Triay and Victor Ruiz, two top players.

The PPL will feature 10 teams this year competing in the 6 events outlined in its official calendar. One of these teams is the Flowrida Goats, who have added to their roster none other than Gemma Triay, former world number 1 and one of the best female players today.

Furthermore, they have also secured Victor Ruiz, currently ranked 16th in the FIP rankings. Ruiz had a spectacular end to the 2023 season alongside Lucas Bergamini, breaking into the top 8 pairs in the world rankings.

The Flowrida Goats are establishing themselves as strong contenders, having previously announced signings like Aranzazu Osoro, the Sánchez Alayeto twins, Pablo Lima, and Pablo Lijó in January.

The PPL will kick off during the first week of April, precisely in Florida. The Goats will have home advantage and boast a roster that promises plenty of excitement.
