After the announcement — Coello to play FIP competition this summer

The International Padel Federation announced yesterday that there will be a FIP Platinum competition in Valladolid. 
Now Coello confirms his presence at the competition.

Valladolid has been a classic venue for WPT competitions in recent years with its spectacular surroundings. But there will be no Premier Padel tournament in Arturo Coello's hometown.

Instead, the city will host a FIP Platinum in June. This was announced yesterday by the International Padel Federation. Platinum is the competition category under Premier Padel where the champions receive 200 FIP points.

Now Arturo Coello confirms that he will play the event:

"For us players and of course for me, this tournament is special and exceeds all expectations. When I heard about the FIP Platinum being organised here in Valladolid, I spoke to my team and told them that I would never miss this tournament. Thanks to everyone who makes it possible to organise the tournament, see you in the Plaza Mayor", he said according to Marca.

The competition will take place between 24 and 30 June.
