Paquito after the title: ”My future son will be called Fede”

Paquito Navarro and Federico Chingotto won their first title yesterday after a victory in the Master Final.

Paquito Navarro and Federico Chingotto began their partnership in April and had reached the final a number of times before the Master's Final. This meant that Paquito was heading for the first time in ten years towards a non-title season.

The couple announced before the competition that they would go their separate ways after the Master's Final. This meant that Paquito and Chingotto had one last chance to win a title together. But to do so, they needed a huge achievement.

The pair did just that. Paquito and Chingotto showed a great performance and achieved their dream. The duo defeated Tapia/Coello and Galan/Lebron.

— Thank you so much to the fans in Barcelona for the whole week, it has been incredible what we have experienced here. Without a doubt, we came with high expectations and they have been more than fulfilled," Paquito tells the crowd.

He continues:

— Let me congratulate Chingotto who really deserved a title, he's amazing. It's incredible how he makes your life easier on and off the court. I want to dedicate the title to my wife and future son, who will be called Fede, so that's for you.
