ANNONS

The top-ranked pair in the World Padel Tour once again demonstrated why they are the dominant duo of the season, overcoming a tough start to secure their spot in the Málaga Open final.

Once more, Arturo Coello and Agustín Tapia find themselves in a final. The top-performing pair of the season faced a challenging beginning against Jon Sanz and Coki Nieto, but after staging a remarkable comeback, they secured their ticket to compete for the Málaga Open title.

The match began with both pairs holding their serves with authority, although Sanz and Nieto managed to break the number ones once, surprising them and taking the first set 7/5.

Tapia and Coello to another final

Tapia and Coello came back strong in the second part. The Spanish-Argentinian duo intensified their play and made better shot choices, easily taking the set with a convincing 6/1 score.

The third set was a true display of talent from the number one pair. Sanz and Nieto were overwhelmed by the padel storm unleashed by Tapia and Coello, who didn't give them any chance, closing the match with a resounding 5/7, 6/1, and 6/0 in an hour and a half of play.

With this victory, Agustín Tapia and Arturo Coello advance to their eleventh final of the season's circuit. Tomorrow, they will face Alex Ruiz and Juan Tello in an unprecedented final, promising an exciting title duel.
