This Monday marked the grand unveiling of Premier Padel's Mendoza P1, with none other than the Argentine padel legend, Alejandro Lasaigues, in attendance.

The official presentation of the second P1 tournament of the Premier Padel season, the Mendoza P1, took place on July 24th. The event, held at the Aconcagua Arena, was graced by the presence of several top authorities and personalities from the world of padel, including the Argentine legend Alejandro Lasaigues, who also serves as the event's general producer.

"This is a tremendous opportunity for job creation and tourism. People from all over the country and neighboring nations will come to witness the best padel in the world. We invite the people of Mendoza to attend the tournament and relish this unique spectacle," stated Governor Rodolfo Suarez, expressing gratitude to the organizers for bringing the tournament to the province of Mendoza.

Santiago Brito, the President of the Argentine Padel Association, remarked, "Returning to Mendoza is a great privilege, as the previous edition was a resounding success not only in our country but also worldwide. We broke attendance records, and the competition was intense. It's not just fantastic news for Mendoza but also for the country, as it boosts our image on the global stage."

The Argentine legend takes the reins as Tournament Director

During the ceremony, it was announced that the preliminary rounds would take place on Saturday, July 29th, and Sunday, July 30th, with free entry for spectators. The matches will kick off at 10 AM, and the audience will have the opportunity to enjoy a fantastic food court set up outside the Aconcagua Arena.

"For the past three weeks, we've been working tirelessly, and it's an honor for Mendoza to have a stage like this. Personally, I want to give back to padel what it gave me throughout my sporting career. I've been playing since I was 15. My team and I will strive to make this the best tournament in the world," declared Alejandro Lasaigues, the event's general producer, while expressing gratitude to the Government of Mendoza for their support.

The Mendoza Premier Padel P1 will take place in the Argentine province from July 31st to August 6th. This Argentine tournament will be the fourth leg of the circuit following the Majors in Qatar and Rome, and the P1 in Madrid.
