Swedish Open once again suspended due to rain
For the third consecutive day, rain forced the suspension of the A1 Padel Swedish Master, and the matches had to be rescheduled.
The A1 Padel Swedish Master continues to be a victim of inclement weather, as for the third straight day it had to be suspended due to rain.
After an opening day that had already been interrupted by the weather conditions, precipitation once again made its presence felt on Tuesday in the Swedish city of Halmstad, preventing the completion of the round of 32. The organisers were forced to take the decision to suspend the matches and reschedule them for the following day.
"Due to inclement weather we are forced to suspend the round of 32 of the Betsson Swedish Open until tomorrow," the tour announced.
The competition was due to resume early today, at 9am, but persistent rains have forced the postponement of the start of the matches. If conditions improve, the day's play is scheduled to start at 12 noon.
