World number ones Paula Josemaria and Ariana Sánchez put in an impressive performance in the final of the Vienna Padel Open. 
The pair secured their sixth title of the year with a solid win over Bea Gonzalez and Delfi Brea.

This morning saw the women's final of the Vienna Padel Open. Paula Josemaria and Ariana Sánchez secured another title.

Many exciting duels characterized the beginning of the first set. At 2-2, the world number ones took the lead by winning a break. Josemaria and Sanchez took advantage of the lead and were the strongest pair on the court. They won the first set 6-3.

In the second part of the match, there was no question about it, Josemaria and Sánchez dominated and won the final 6-3, 6-1.

Sanchez: "We have expanded our team"

— The end of last year was very tough, so we have expanded our team with more people behind the scenes. We still think about last week in Copenhagen, when we were leading 5-1 and managed to lose the set. I think mentally, we have been very strong. We will celebrate and start preparing for next week's tournament," said Ariana Sánchez after the win.

Paula Josemaria and Ariana Sánchez have now won six WPT titles this year. The World Padel Tour takes place in Spain next week with the Marbella Master.
