The organisers of the circuit have officially announced the cancellation of the event for technical reasons, although they have not specified the causes.
The World Padel Tour Albacete Open 500, the third event of its category in the 2023 season, has been suspended by the organisers due to "technical reasons" that have not been clarified.
The tournament was scheduled to be held from 5-11 June, so that week will be left empty on the circuit's calendar.
The organisation has confirmed, through its social networks, that all fans who had bought their tickets for the competition will be refunded their entry fees.
