After the move: This is the new venue for Madrid's Premier Padel

ANNONS

Madrid's Premier Padel was hugely successful in its debut year last year. Then the tournament was played in the WiZink Center, but now the tournament moves into the Madrid Arena.

Madrid's Premier Padel P1 tournament was a big hit with attendance last year during the circuit's first season.

However, Padel Alto has previously reported that the venue, WiZink Center, is unavailable this year as it clashes with a youth basketball championship.

Other venues could be Ifema, Caja Magica, or Madrid Arena, where padel tournaments have been played. It is now official that Madrid Arena will host this year's Premier Padel event, which runs between July 17 and 23.

”Spain is the reference territory in the world padel, and Madrid Premier Padel is his best letter of introduction,” states the FIP president Luigi Carraro in a press release.

New this year: Ladies are involved

New for this year is also the participation of the ladies.

”Having the girls here, finally, ensures that we will live a week that will be remembered for a long time. This has always been a priority for the FIP, we have all been working for a long time to make this agreement a reality. With his addition, we are a complete circuit ”.

Joan Cuscó, president of Premier Padel Spain, says:

”Madrid Premier Padel is obsessed with offering the best 360º experience: from the ticket price, which we believe is very competitive, right down to the smallest detail of the village space. Both the padel enthusiast and the casual spectator who comes to a different plan will find a total leisure offer.

Madrid Arena has hosted several World Padel Tour Master finals before and has a capacity of 12,000 people. A closer presentation of the P1 tournament will be held 10th of May.
