A new amateur competition at the national in Spain appears on the horizon, backed by Cupra.

The new circuit, The Padel Cup by Cupra, is an amateur circuit that will be present in several cities in Spain (Barcelona, Zaragoza, Madrid, Marbella, Valencia, Seville, Bilbao, and Alicante) for a total of eight tournaments and a Master Final at the Bela Padel Center in Alicante. In each event, there will be male and female categories with three different levels with an elimination plus consolation bracket, offering a minimum of two matches to two sets with a super tiebreak.

The winners of the Gold level in both the men's and women's categories will win a place to play the Master Final in Alicante with accommodation included, so the eight best couples in Spain will face each other to become champions of this first edition.

But not only padel will be present at this circuit. Among other things, there will be various activities such as live music and a Mahou terrace.

Registrations for the first stop of the calendar, the one in Barcelona at the Cercle Sabadellès club between May 15 and 21, will be open soon.
