BREAKING: Marrero signs for the new American club

Today the bombshell came: Former world number one Marta Marrero joins the newly established American team Miami Padel Club. 

The Miami Padel Club comes today with the biggest bombshell of the day. The newly founded club, part of "the original seven" of the American Pro Padel League, has signed former world number one Marta Marrero.

Marta Marrero retired as a player on the World Padel Tour last season and is also working on a new academy, Aurial by Marrero.

The Pro Padel League starts in May, and in addition to Marrero, Miami has recruited the former tennis star Juan Martin Del Potro as an advisor.

The other day it was also announced that Cancun Padel Team had signed former WPT player Anna Cortiles.
