Alix Collombon breaks up with Carla Mesa

French star Alix Collombon breaks up with her partner, Spanish Carla Mesa.

Alix Collombon is ranked 24th in the world, making her the highest-ranked French player. The team has gone to one quarterfinal this season, in the Chile Padel Open. 

She chooses to write about it on her social media. 

”With new illusions, I continue this season, focused to the maximum to continue growing, working hard, and focused on the future”, she writes. 

The player also announces that she will shortly be announcing a new partner. Recently there has been a high-profile swap on the women's side, with Bea Gonzalez and Marta Ortega breaking up. So did Delfi Brea and Sofia Araujo.

Gonzalez will play with Brea and Ortega with Araujo going forward.
