Mati Diaz retires from the World Padel Tour

Mati "The Warrior" Diaz announces that he will not participate in future World Padel Tour tournaments.
Mati Diaz, who has dropped to 188th place in the WPT rankings, made the statement in an interview with Padel Television.
The former top player will step aside regarding his professional career, but he intends to try to take part in some Premier Padel Tour tournaments this season.
The 44-year-old player has had a successful career and is the former partner of Miguel Lamperti, Paquito Navarro, Maxi Sanchez, Ale Galan, Juani Mieres and Franco Stupaczuk is probably heading for the exit. The legend has lifted 13 titles since 2008.
Recently, Diaz has coached Javi Ruiz and Gonzalo Rubio, among others.
