Earlier today, news broke that Spanish racket company Starvie and Japanese brand Asics are teaming up. 
This is how the cooperation will look like. 

Spanish padel brand Starvie, which has been operating since 2013, confirmed their new technical sponsor during a media presentation in Madrid on Tuesday. 

The Japanese brand Asics, previously the racket sponsor of Gemma Triay and Pablo Lima, will equip all Starvie players with shoes and clothing from this season. 

The idea of the cooperation between the two brands is that it is a long-term project, and it means that Starvies' top players, such as Javi Garrido, Bea Gonzalez, and Coki Nieto, will be wearing Asics equipment from now on.
