It's pre-season, and the padel players are preparing for a long season. But where do the world's best players train? Padel Alto's Filip Björne lists the eight best academies in the world - not unexpectedly, we find them all in Spain. 

8. Academy Juan Alday (Black Crown), Barcelona

Comment: Black Crown's Juan Alday has been active in padel for 32 years and has been a successful coach for Marta Marrero. The world's former best player. At the academy, Angel Gonzalez works successfully and, last season, coached Veronica Virseda and Barbara Las Heras to great success. Adrian Allemandi and Eli Amatriain have also been trained here. 

This year, Ariana Sanchez has joined Angel Gonzalez as a coach. That alone is a great recognition!
