LIST: Top 10 earning female players in 2022
With equal prize money between the male and female circuits, 2022 was the year with the most profits in the history of women's padel. Padel Alto brings you a ranking of the 10 female players who earned the most last season.
Last season brought a milestone in the history of women's professional padel. The World Padel Tour announced in March 2022 that for the first time the prize money for men's and women's tournaments would be equal.
This change in the amounts was announced on International Women's Day, and was made from the Reus Open onwards. Only the Miami tournament, played in February, had a difference between boys' and girls' earnings.
This increase meant that the girls achieved last season, although they did not play Premier Padel, the biggest profits of their entire career.
