The tribute to Bela after their last match: ”Will always remember”

Arturo Coello and Fernando Belasteguin lost the quarter-final of the Master Final in Barcelona. After their last match together, Coello now pays tribute to his master. 

”I never imagined when I was just a kid that I would play with the best player in the history of the sport”, writes Coello in an official statement published on Twitter. 

The talented Arturo Coello decided at the end of the season to play next season with the Argentinian Agustin Tapia. Fernando Belasteguin pairs up with Sanyo Gutierrez again next year. 

”I've learned a lot of things on the court and as an athlete. But most importantly, off the court as a person”, says Coello. 

He continues: 

”I will always remember our first title in Miami, our Masters in Madrid, and the Open tournament in Amsterdam.” 

The pair's last match was against Alex Ruiz and Momo Gonzalez, which ended in a loss with the scores 2-6, 3-6.
