Tello beats Chingotto again — star forced into long break

ANNONS

Javier Garrido is a master outside the court, maybe one of the best in the world? But he ran too far in his and Fede Chingotto's quarterfinal facing Juan Tello/Paquito Navarro in Milan's P1 Premier Padel.

The star from Cordoba ran into the sponsor's signs and was forced to receive medical attention for over ten minutes.

After receiving treatment, he returned to the match. Garrido/Chingotto managed to make up a 1-0 deficit, but in the third and deciding set, Navarro/Tello was the strongest as the last time the pairs faced each other. The new duo broke through in perfect position to win 7-5 in the deciding set after Garrido hit the match point into the glass and are now through to the semi-finals.

The result was 6-3, 3-6, 7-5. In the semifinals, they will face the surprise pair of Victor Ruiz/Lucas Bergamini.
