ANNONS

The P1 tournament in Milan has received another withdrawal. This time, Lucas Campagnolo and Jon Sanz are withdrawing after an illness from Jon Sanz, the player confirms on his social media.

Yesterday Padel Alto reported that Martin Di Nenno and Coki Nieto are withdrawing from the P1 tournament in Milan. Now it is the turn of Lucas Campagnolo and Jon Sanz. The reason is an illness at Jon Sanz, according to the players' social channels:

The physical problems that I have been having these past few days do not allow me to compete. I have tried, but a virus has beaten me.”, Sanz says on his Instagram.

Paquito Navarro and Juan Tello will advance to tomorrow's quarter-finals.

Earlier this week, Gonzalo Rubio and Alejandro Arroyo were also forced to withdraw from the tournament.

The playing schedule has been extremely tight lately, with weekly tournaments on the World Padel Tour and Premier Padel. The P1 tour in Milan is the season's last tournament for many players.

The top 16 players have the World Padel Tour Master Final left in Barcelona, 15-19 December.
