Tello and Navarro find their first victory in Sweden
The newly formed pairing of Juan Tello and Paquito Navarro achieve their first victory as a pairing to reach the quarterfinals of the World Padel Tour Malmo Open.
After a failed debut at the Premier Padel in Egypt, where they lost in their debut match against Bautista and Goenaga, Tello and Navarro found their first victory as a couple in Sweden.
Navarro's adventure on the right side of the court, combined with a Juan Tello who has to get used to playing with a new partner after 7 years with Chingotto, had played a trick on the pair in their debut.
However, in their debut at the World Padel Tour Malmo Open, the pairing went from strength to strength, finding good sensations on court. Tello and Navarro managed to win in three sets in a tough match against Jon Sanz and Lucas Campagnolo. The final result was 7/6 3/6 6/1 in favour of the Spanish-Argentine pair.
As fate would have it, Paquito Navarro will face his former partner Martin Di Nenno in the quarterfinals of the Malmo Open tomorrow.
