World Padel Tour returns to Sweden – Malmö Open gets underway

World Padel Tour returns to Sweden with the Malmö Open. The first round of the main draw gets underway this Wednesday, and these are the matches that will be played on centre court.

The 2022 season is coming to an end and the World Padel Tour closes its competitions on European soil with the WPT Malmö Open, the last but one Open of the season. The round of 32 gets underway this Wednesday, where most of the matches being broadcast will be contested by local players.

The Malmo Open is a very important tournament, with much still to be determined in the final stretch of the Race to 2022, as there are only three tournaments left to decide the top 16 who will qualify for the Barcelona Masters tournament.

All the matches played on centre court at the Malmö Arena - an indoor stadium with a capacity for 13,000 spectators - will be broadcast live on the PPV platforms and the WPT Tv App, which will broadcast the entire tournament openly in Spain.
